The short version: we don't collect your personal information. Swatchwork is a color-matching game — we don't need to know who you are to let you play it.
This Privacy Policy describes how Skipper Labs Ltd ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the Swatchwork mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.
We do not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII). There are no user accounts, no sign-in, and no profile data of any kind.
The App uses two third-party services that may collect limited, non-personal data as described below.

All data stored on your device (game scores, theme preference, haptics setting) is stored locally using your device's standard storage and never leaves your device.
We use Aptabase for privacy-respecting analytics. Aptabase records aggregate, anonymous events (such as "game started" or "round completed") to help us understand how the App is used. Aptabase does not use cookies, does not track users across apps or websites, does not store IP addresses, and does not build individual user profiles.

The App displays a banner advertisement on the home screen provided by Google AdMob. Google may use a resettable advertising identifier on your device to show relevant ads. You can reset or opt out of personalized advertising at any time in your device settings:
iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising → turn off Personalized Ads.
Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads → Delete advertising ID or opt out of Ads Personalization.

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because we collect no personal information at all, and because our analytics partner (Aptabase) does not store identifiers or IP addresses, the risk of inadvertent collection from minors is minimal. Our AdMob configuration does not enable child-directed ad targeting.
If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at the address below and we will promptly address the concern.
Because we collect no personal data, there is nothing to delete on our end. Local game data (scores, settings) is stored only on your device and can be removed at any time by uninstalling the App. Anonymous analytics aggregates held by Aptabase are retained per Aptabase's own retention policy.
The App may display ads that link to third-party websites or apps. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access through the App.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "effective" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
